ALCOHOL
Consuming alcohol on our
premises is forbidden and drinking alcohol at lunchtime
is not allowed, as this may constitute a Health and Safety
hazard and may cause offence to our customers and/or fellow
employees.
If after drinking alcohol you have
caused offence, or if your ability to carry out your duties
is impaired or may breach Health and Safety regulations,
you will face disciplinary action on the grounds of Gross
Misconduct, under the Company’s disciplinary procedure.
If you are suspected of drinking
alcohol and you are in possession of a Company vehicle
we will request that you find alternative transport home
as you may be in breach of our Company Car insurance.
The Company reserves the right to
inform the Police of any suspicion it may have with regard
to the use of controlled drugs by any of its employees
on the Company’s premises.
