DISMISSAL
If following the issue of a Final
Written Warning you are invited to a further formal meeting
which concludes that you have committed a further act
of misconduct or that you have failed to make the required
improvement in your performance, or some further aspect
of your employment relationship with the Company continues
to cause concern, you will be dismissed from the Company
with immediate effect.
The Company reserves the right to
pay you in lieu of notice.
Gross Misconduct
In the
case of Gross Misconduct, you will be subject to summary
dismissal without notice, pay in lieu of notice or prior
warning.
