PAYMENT FOR INTRODUCING A NEW CUSTOMER TO PURCHASE A CAR
If a member of staff introduces
a new customer to the Group who subsequently purchased
a demo, new or used retail vehicle, £50 will be
paid to the person who introduced the customer to the
Sales Department. This will not be paid if the person
has previously been a customer of the Group or if the
person who introduces them leaves he company before the
vehicle is delivered.
To claim this benefit you must inform
the Human Resources department at Head Office who will
send the relevant forms to be completed by the Sales Manager
at the dealership.
All payments are at the approval
of the Director, Dealer Principal and will be paid in
the month ’s salary following successful completion
of the relevant form.
This benefit excludes Directors,
Brand Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Executives and Trainee
Sales executives.
