PAYMENT FOR INTRODUCING A MEMBER OF STAFF TO THE COMPANY
If you introduce a person to the Group, they must follow the Company’s
recruitment process. If the applicant is accepted as an employee and satisfactorily
completes their probationary period you will be paid for the introduction
(subject to the procedure below).
On introducing someone to the Company you should obtain a form from the
Human Resources department. All payments have to be approved by a Director
and will be paid in the month’s salary following successful completion of the
probationary period. In order to qualify for the referral payment, the employee
must complete this form at the commencement of the person applying and
submit it to the HR Department (please use HR@platinummg.co.uk).
Please note that Managers will not be entitled to the commission when employing
or recommending someone that will work directly in their own department.
The company will pay the following for each referral;
£500 – Manager
£250 – All Other Roles (full time)
£100 – Part Time Roles
