HEALTH & SAFETY
We will strictly adhere to all applicable
rules and regulations relating to environmental protection
and workplace health and safety for the benefit of our
employees, customers and other members of the general
public. It is the responsibility of every employee to
help ensure that their working environment is both healthy
and safe. This requires you to be careful about your own
health and safety, as well as the health and safety of
all those who may be affected by your behaviour. You must
follow all instructions and guidelines dealing with such
matters and co-operate with those responsible for ensuring
that all applicable health and safety requirements are
followed.
(Each Location shall designate
appropriate senior managers with specific responsibility
for health and safety matters.)
That person shall ensure
that a written statement, describing the company’s
policy, organisation and arrangements concerning the health
and safety of its employees, is prepared and fully communicated
and is compliant with the local minimum legal requirements.
