Subject: IMPORTANT **ITC Compliance handover**
Good morning All,
We have had confirmation that as of today 13/11/2013 we are now appointed representatives of ITC Compliance.
Please ensure that for any new business conducted from today all staff use the ITC Compliance system and not our FCA Demands and Needs System. If you are using our new 4Square then the compliance link will automatically redirect you to ITC website, although I believe ITC have setup shortcuts on all sales desktop PC's. Those insurances that have been sold, but not delivered, should have our Demands and Needs forms unless insurance is sold on handover, in which case you will need to use an ITC Demands and Needs.
All current point of sale that makes reference to our previous directly appointed status must be removed and securely destroyed, e.g GAP and SMART brochures.
Please read and fully understand the attached email from ITC, ensuring that all staff our aware and that all points have been actioned.
Finally, please make all staff aware of the attached ITC complaints process. This is for complaints on products that have been sold from today. Platinum's current complaint process must be used for all complaints on products sold prior to today.

I am pleased to tell you that your company has now been added to the FCA register under both the ITC Compliance reference (313486) and your own individual number, which is 609091. All sites will, now be authorised to sell under ITC Compliance from 13/11/2013.
You will need to take the following steps: -
- Include the following wording on any letterheads: -
'Renrod Ltd (please add the relevant trading name) is an Appointed Representative of ITC Compliance Ltd who are Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority’
Logging In
All staff will access the system initially using the log in details they used for our training system, so please make sure that all staff know their IDs and passwords. The web address you will need is www.itccompliance.co.uk
Each individual will need to register as a user by selecting under the Demands and Needs Tab Register to use Edan.
Completing a Sale
You should work through all the questions on the system with the customer and record their responses on the system. At the end of the process, the system will ask for a customer signature and a Dealer Signature. The Sales person and the customer will then sign the signature pad in the spaces provided on the Electronic Demands and Needs. You will then have the option to print please print the Demands and Needs 1 copy to the customer and the 2nd copy for your deal file.
Monthly Return
Part of your commitment to network membership requires you to submit a monthly return. This process, which was explained in more detail within your set up visit, requires you to submit an online return by the 5th day of the month after the month for which the figures are being declared (e.g.: - 5th February for January figures and
so on).
Your online return will be due by 06/12/2013. These figures will be generated from the sales you have completed during the relevant month and the information that will appear include:-

The total number of vehicles sold.

The total number of each different type of product sold or given away (e.g. total number of warranties sold/given away).

The total premium generated for each different type of policy
When you are ready to complete your first return, please log on to www.itccompliance.co.uk and select the ‘Monthly Return’ button. If you need assistance at that stage, please do not hesitate to give me a call on the number below and I will be happy to talk you through the process step by step.
Training & Observations
Please note that the online training is required to be completed annually, all staff training can be monitored through the ITC website.
Observations are also required on an annual basis and need to be carried out within 1 month your application going “Live” with ITC,
The Observation forms can be downloaded from the ITC website under “Carry out Staff Observations”. The results will then need to be input. If you require any assistance please do not hesitate to contact your network coordinator.
