Subject: ITC Compliance Handover
It has come to my attention that several of you are having issues with logging on and permissions with the EDaN ITC Systems. Any issues must be dealt directly with ITC help desk on 0845 177 22 66 , however please send a brief overview of the issue to me as it might be an IT problem with your PC.
It is my understanding that all sales staff should now have full permission to sell our products without the need for a supervisor over ride, however please also ensure that you have a supervisor on site - this is going to be the Sales Manager and I believe this this generated from the initial CVs.
I have also heard that some sales executives logins are not functioning properly, again please contact ITC for this. Do not under any circumstances revert to our previous Statement of Demands and Needs as this is no longer compliant with ITC.
