Subject: URGENT - ITC EDAN System
Hello All,
As you are aware I have had a number of phone calls this morning concerning the EDaN system, with passwords not working. After speaking to several different sales execs and sales managers it appears that you have to register for EDaN via the ITC Compliance home page before you can use the Demands and Needs system. This can be found on your ITC home page, I also believe that you may have to change your 'Password' but use the same 'User Name'.
This should have been conveyed to you from ITC however I have found that most sites are unaware of this additional registration process. Please can you ensure that all staff register for EDaN ASAP and until further notice please access EDaN directly from your PC's and not remotely from the 4Square.
