FSA REPORTING PERIODS
 
Our FSA reporting periods are 30th June and 31st December each year.
 
Information is required from the Sales Managers no later than 21st day of the month following these month end dates.

We require information on Sales staff competencies, Complaints Returns and Insurance cancellations.
 
Jason sends out forms to complete... could these be made available on the website to print off so Jason only then has to send an e-mail to remind Managers their returns are due?
