12/03/2019 A request for samples of all customer facing invoices, order forms and similar With regard to GDPR compliance, we are certain that more work is required in terms of "front of house/customer facing" paperwork. Could you therefore provide me with a recent sample of all examples of customer facing paperwork from each site/franchise and from every department such as, but not limited to the following; - Sales Order Form - Sales Invoice - Service Invoice - Parts Invoice - Other Items such as F & I, Service Plan Agreements etc This will allow us to decide what information is lacking or requiring modification. Also, if you've received any recent GDPR related guidance/documents from any of the franchises, can you send them as well.
