18/07/2018 Hi, Please could all staff be aware that potentially sensitive data can be viewed when your computers are left unattended. We have been rolling out "Screensaver Timeouts" on all pc's across the group, this locks the PC and requests you to re-login after a 5 minute period automatically. It is also necessary to use "Windows Key + D" to minimize all open windows to the taskbar or "Windows Key + L" to manually lock your PC to prevent unauthorized viewing of your data when you leave your desks.
