15th October - An updated Platinum Group GDPR Booklet is issued to all team members, and will be issued to all new starters.
5th October - A memo relating to the ongoing requirements of GDPR Compliance is sent to the Directors and Managers.
2019
29th July - A GDPR update meeting between Jeremy Cuff & Mark Greenfield.
24th July - The topic of GDPR is included in the Platinum Group Board Meeting.
22nd July - A GDPR update meeting between Jeremy Cuff & Mark Greenfield.
9th July - A GDPR update meeting between Jeremy Cuff & Mark Greenfield.
19th June - The topic of GDPR is included in the Platinum Group Board Meeting.
22nd May - The topic of GDPR is included in the Platinum Group Board Meeting.
30th April - 20th May - The topic of GDPR is included in the Platinum Group Management Review Meetings.

9th April - A memo relating to the security of company and customers property is sent out to Directors and Managers.
12th March - A request for samples of all customer facing invoices, order forms and similar.
26th February - The topic of GDPR is included in the Platinum Group Board Meeting.
6th February - The dedicated GDPR Resource Area on Platinum Info Central is communicated to the Directors and Managers.
23rd January – The topic of GDPR is included in the Platinum Group Board Meeting.
15th January – Our expanded GDPR resource area is published on Platinum Info Central, the Platinum Group’s Intranet.
2018
14th December – The topic of GDPR is included in the Platinum Group Board Meeting.
6th November – An enhanced and more visible “Red Alerts” section is action on Platinum Info Central.
22nd October - The topic of GDPR is included in the Platinum Group Board Meeting.
19th October – An enhanced process for the dealerships to update customer records is communicated to the Platinum Group.
22nd September - The topic of GDPR is included in the Platinum Group Board Meeting.
14th September 2018 – A GDPR progress meeting is convened between Jeremy Cuff, Martyn Read & Mark Greenfield.
10th September – A memo regarding customer bank details are sent to the management teams following our awareness of sophisticated scams.
22nd August - The topic of GDPR is included in the Platinum Group Board Meeting.
25th July - The topic of GDPR is included in the Platinum Group Board Meeting.
18th July – Group IT Manager Paul Jones issues a GDPR/Protecting data memo.
29th May – A GDPR Guidance Memo is issued to the Platinum Group Management.
24th May – A general GDPR memo is issued to the Management teams.
23rd May - The topic of GDPR is included in the Platinum Group Board Meeting.
15th May – GDPR Company Policy is published within an updated version of the Company Handbook and communicated via memo to all Managers.
14th May – Final GDPR Principles in terms of Marketing are issued to the Marketing Managers.
10th May – GDPR Principles in the Platinum Group are communicated by memo.
10th May – A Platinum Group GDPR Booklet is issued to all team members, and will be issued to all new starters .
30th April - The topic of GDPR is included in the Platinum Group Board Meeting.
16th April – A Directors meeting regarding GDPR.
21st March - The topic of GDPR is included in the Platinum Group Board Meeting.
13th March – A Skoda GDPR seminar in Swindon is attended by Mark Greenfield (Group Aftersales Director) and Paul Mitchell (Director of Skoda Operations).
21st February - The topic of GDPR is included in the Platinum Group Board Meeting.
14th February – A meeting to discuss and launch GDPR with the Marketing Department (Claire Lewin & Steve Mawby).
8th February – A Renault GDPR Webinar (Mark Greenfield & Paul Mitchell).
7th February – A GDPR meeting for the Aftersales Managers is convened by Mark Greenfield.
24th January - The topic of GDPR is included in the Platinum Group Board Meeting.
2017
13th December - The topic of GDPR is included in the Platinum Group Board Meeting.
13th December - GDPR briefing with Wansborough Solicitors in Devizes is attended by Caira Day (HR Manager). She also attends a regular HR Forum where GDPR is brought up as a topic.
11th December – A Directors meeting regarding GDPR.
21st November – The IT Department requests each department to confirm use of mobile devices such as iPads, iPods, Laptops & Tablets.
17th November – A fact finding request relating GDPR is sent to the Management Teams in the Platinum Group.
16th November – An ASE GDPR seminar is attended by Martyn Read & Mark Greenfield at Cheltenham.
9th November – An Automotive Management (AM) GDPR Conference is attended by Jeremy Cuff, Martyn Read and Mark Greenfield at the Birmingham NEC.
6th October – Claire Lewin attended a Toyota GB GDPR workshop at Burgh Heath (Toyota Head Office)
