ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR

We do not tolerate abusive behaviour of any form in the workplace. This includes:

• violence, such as threatening behaviour, harassment, intimidation, assaults;
• sexual harassment;
• racial harassment; and
• abuse of position, such as to cause distress to subordinates.

This applies to any form of the above including the use of Social Media and Blogs - please refer to the dedicated Social Media & Online Activities policy page for further details.

We will treat one another with courtesy, dignity and respect, regardless of race, gender, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation or religious
belief. There will be no victimisation for truthfully reporting abusive behaviour or participating in an investigation of a complaint.
