APPRAISAL
The Company believes that regular
and well conducted appraisals are beneficial to both the
employee and the Company. The Appraisal process is carried
out on an annual cycle. The Appraisal Forms and Notes
for Guidance on how the process should work can be obtained
from the Human Resources Department. The notes provide
some practical advice for both appraiser and appraisee
on how to prepare for the appraisal, how to set realistic
targets and on the conduct of the meeting.
