Full Time Employees

Full time employees must take a minimum of half an hour unpaid lunch break, in order that we comply with our responsibilities to the Working Time Regulations.

Lunch break times should be agreed with your Manager to ensure the operation of the business is maintained at all times. All employees should finish their lunch break by 2pm unless a later time has been agreed by a Manager or Director of the Company.

Workshop Productives

For Health and Safety reasons the Company allows a 15 minute morning rest break for staff working in the above areas of the business which must be agreed by your Manager in advance to ensure the operation of the business is maintained at all times. In addition to this all full time employees must take a minimum of half an hour unpaid lunch break, in order that we comply with our responsibilities to the Working Time Regulations.

Part Time Employees

Employees employed less than 6 hours per day have no entitlement to a rest break or lunch break.

Any part time employees who work more than 6 hours per day have the entitlements of Full Time employees.
