COMMISSION

If you are to receive commission payments as part of your salary this will be stated in your offer letter and contract of employment.

The Company commission structure may be changed from time to time to reflect commercial reality based on manufacturers incentives.

Commission payments will normally be paid monthly in arrears. Vehicle commission payments will be paid monthly in arrears following actual delivery of the vehicle and subject to the deal being financially complete. All commission payments are subject to the deal being management approved.

If you receive guaranteed vehicle commission when you commence with the Company, should you leave our employment within 12 months (whether voluntarily, dismissal or for any other reason) the full amount advanced minus any commission earned will become due to the dealership you work in.
