COMPASSIONATE LEAVE

From time to time, stressful family circumstances may result in an urgent need for you to absent yourself from work. Employees wishing to apply for compassionate leave should raise the matter with their Manager. The length of absence and whether it is paid or unpaid will be at the discretion of Management and the Company Directors.

The Company will grant paid leave for funerals of an immediate family members, defined as Partners, Parents, Children, Siblings and Grand-Parents.

You will be required to complete an Absence From Work Declaration form which should be sent to the Human Resources Department at Head Office within 2 days of you returning to work.
