MONITORING OF GROUP COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES

Employees’ usage of Group telephony, e-mail and Internet facilities will be subject to monitoring in conformance with lawful best practice and evidence of abuse will result in disciplinary action. Details of the Company’s Electronic communications policy can be found in the Company Handbook.
