USE OF GROUP RESOURCES

In general, employees are not authorised to use Group resources for personal purposes. A concession may be made for the occasional use of equipment such as telephones, photocopiers and computers with prior consent of Senior Managers if there is no realistic alternative at that time and provided that:

• is not illegal or in breach of other policies;
• is not of an unreasonable duration or frequency
• does not interfere with the performance of Group business; and
• does not cause embarrassment to the Group.

Any abuse of this concession may result in its withdrawal and disciplinary action being taken against those concerned. Details of the Company’s Electronic Communications policy can be found in the Company Handbook.
