NOTIFICATION OF ‘INFECTIOUS AND NOTIFIABLE DISEASES’

In order to safeguard the health of everyone, you must inform your Manager immediately, if you contract or come into contact with anyone suffering from a ‘Notifiable Disease’.

Examples of ‘Notifiable Diseases’ include:

• Food poisoning
• Tuberculosis
• Meningitis
• Measles
• Chicken Pox
• COVID-19 (Symptoms)

You should not report for work until cleared to do so by your doctor. In such cases the rules for our Company Sickness Pay Policy will apply.
