NOTICE PERIOD

Notice Period – Employee Resignation

Whilst on your probationary period you are required to give the Company 1 weeks notice of your intention to leave the Company. Following successful completion of your probationary period you are required to give the Company 1 calendar months notice of your intention to leave except where a different notice period is stated in your contract. Your notice should be in writing, dated and addressed to your Manager. Where possible, notice should be given so that you are able to leave on the last working day of the month.

Notice Period – Company Obligation

Whilst on your probationary period you are entitled to one weeks notice from the Company. Following successful completion of your probationary period but less than 5 years service you are entitled to receive 1 months notice. With 5 years but less that 12 years service you are entitled to 1 week for each complete years service. With 12 years or more service with the Company you are entitled to 12 weeks notice from the Company.
