PENSION AND RETIREMENT

Pension

The Company operates a Staff Pension Scheme to which you will be automatically enrolled after 3 months service. Full details of the scheme will be explained to you at your induction. The Scheme is administered on the Company’s behalf by Lampier Financial, an independent investment Company.

Staff wanting advice or having queries about their pension situation should contact the Human Resources Department at Head Office.

Retirement

The topic of an employees retirement can be discussed during an annual appraisal/review meeting.

Details with regard to working beyond retirement can be obtained from the Human Resources Department at Head Office.
