SEVERE WEATHER ABSENCE POLICY

Though the company clearly has no control over the effects of severe/inclement weather, our aim is to maintain our normal opening hours and provide an ongoing customer service, should it be possible to do so.

In circumstances where severe/inclement weather has prevented an employee from attending the workplace, this absence is to be taken as unpaid leave or as part of the annual holiday entitlement.
