TELEPHONE CALLS

You should not use the Company telephones for private purposes. In the case of an emergency please speak to your Manager, who will make the necessary arrangement for you to make the appropriate call(s).

We reserve the right to monitor your calls at any time for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud or other criminal offences, making sure our procedures and policies are adhered to for training and monitoring standards of service and performance.

The Company reserves the right to reclaim from an employee the cost of personal calls.
