SUBJECT: NEW IT SUPPORT LOGGING SYSTEM

We have just developed and put live on Platinum Info Central a new IT Support Request process and system.

By using this system, it allows all IT related requests within the group to be electronically logged, stored and managed by the IT team in an improved and more efficient way than the current method.

In order for this be successful, we require that staff use this system in all instances (except in circumstances where the internet itself is down, in which case a phone call to the IT Department Helpdesk on 01225 756107 will suffice).

Please log onto Platinum Info Central (visiting the IT Support page) to familiarise yourself with this online form and share this memo with all staff as appropriate.

We attach screen grabs of the IT Support page and the Back Office Management Area for your reference.

Should anyone have any questions, please refer them to the IT Department.
