CUSTOMER DEMONSTRATIONS - AN ALERT FROM COOPERS SOLUTIONS

Hi All,

Please see below (in italics) an alert from Coopers Solutions with regards to increasing instances of demonstrator theft by supposed customers using fake ID;

Important Notice: Sales Demonstrations

Retailers are reporting a rise in customer test drive thefts. It's essential you check that the photograph contained on the driving licence matches with the person presenting it and that the licence contains a holographic feature.

We understand that "fake" licences are in circulation, these look very similar to genuine licences, with the difference being there is no holographic feature.

Please remain vigilant when arranging unaccompanied test drives.

Can everyone ensure that they remain thorough in terms of procedures and vigilant to this threat at all times.
