INTRODUCING WeCare - A SUPPORT PACKAGE FOR ALL TEAM MEMBERS

Dear Team Members,

In response to the general pressures of modern life, and also this challenging period of time brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic and other uncertainties in the wider world, we wish to ensure that all Team Members are getting support should they need it. That's why we're delighted to announce that as a Team Member of the Platinum Group, you now have access to WeCare, a brand new support service (provided by Canada Life) designed to help in times of difficulty, whatever the reason/s for those struggles.

The new support service, WeCare, provides 24/7 access to UK-based GPs and specialists online. Using your phone, tablet or desktop computer, a Team Member (and their family) can speak to a doctor online to receive confidential advice, and even private prescriptions. WeCare also provides up to 10 mental health counselling sessions with a qualified psychologist, as well as access to a tailored get fit programme, delivered by fitness experts.

To access the service, Download the 'WeCare Programme' app from the App Store or Google Play.

Then, create your profile and enter the code;  CAN06052-261509 KEY FEATURES of the WeCare Support Package GENERAL Health GP Consultation 24/7 access to a GP, via video or phone call, with no usage limitations. Team Members can even get private prescriptions delivered to their front door if required.

Get a second opinion on almost any diagnosis, from one of 50,000 leading consultants worldwide.

*         Stop Smoking
*         Ongoing support and tips from a team of specialists to help quit smoking.

Mental Health

*         Mental Health Support
*         Qualified mental health counsellors available to provide therapy, and to guide Team Members in the right direction should there be a need.
            They specialise in anxiety, stress and depression.
*         Burnout Prevention
*         Access to a counsellor who will work with the Team Member to address the symptoms of burnout before it becomes overwhelming.
*         Life Events Counselling
*         Personalised counselling sessions are available to help Team Members suffering after a difficult, upsetting or traumatic experience.
            All Team Members and their immediate family members can receive up to 10 personalised counselling sessions (per issue experienced).

Wellbeing and Healthy Living

*         Healthy Diet
*         Get hints and tips on how to improve your diet. From work lunches to inspired mid-week meals.
*         Get Fit Programme
*         Access to a custom four or eight week get fit programme, with a structured exercise and diet plan.
*         Diet Support
*         Receive guidance from a professional nutritionist, who will arrange a weekly diet plan, plus top tips when eating out.

Though we realise not everyone will need support, we hope you will find it comforting to know that there is additional help available as a Team Member of the Platinum Group should the need arise. The WeCare package is completely confidential and no details of individuals' using the service will be shared with Platinum Motor Group.

Finally, of course, if any Team Member is struggling with any issue, a conversation with your Manager, our HR Manager Julia Tunnell and your Director in charge may also be of help and assistance.
