CDK System Upgrades

Please find below release notes for the forthcoming system upgrade this weekend.

21st and 22nd of February with “Go-Live” on Monday 23rd.

The system will be unavailable as from the end of day procedure on Friday 20th and throughout the weekend until CDK allow access upon completion on the Monday.

*Please take the opportunity to familiarise yourselves with the test upgrade environment prior to the system changes and the relevant modules with which you work.  It would prove useful to ensure that all daily tasks can be carried out as per normal.*

Could you please endeavour to make all staff aware of the dates for the upgrade in preparation and to make use of the test environment prior to the upgrade.
