It has come to the Board's attention that some staff are using the company's phones (both landlines and mobile) for reasons that are unnecessary.

Please avoid using the following, where there are easy alternatives that don't cost money;

1. Dialling the speaking clock
   
   
2. Dialling directory enquiries
