QUARTER 3 - A BIG THANK YOU
With Quarter 3 now at a close, we’d like to thank you for all your sterling efforts in chasing down what has been a challenging period for the motor trade in general.
Please share our appreciation and thanks with all your team members, who have all worked extremely hard throughout this last Q3 stint.
Launching Q4 - Areas Of Concentration
Though there are some factors in the “wider world” that we can have little effect upon, there are a number of areas where we can deliver incremental and sustained improvements – these must be our areas of concentration going forward.
Here’s a list of the type of items that we should concentrate on during Q4;

Trade for profit in every transaction

Set aims for improving profit producing KPI’s across key lines

Have a renewed focus to upselling as many additional products or services as possible (Finance, GAP, Service Plans, Seasonal Items/Offers etc)

Negotiate hard with suppliers & franchises to secure good deals

Reduce unnecessary costs where possible
-
Delight customers each & every time they deal with us
