THE LAST WEEKS OF QUARTER THREE
Dear All,
With 4 weeks to go until the end of Quarter 3, please consider whether you require any additional “Marketing Boosts” to assist you in reaching the required/targeted number and maintain momentum.
This could include (though not be limited to) items such as the following;

Producing Local Print or Limited Number print runs featuring a Quarterly Offer or a selection of offers for Dealership use. These could be extracted from the numerous campaign booklets we have produced during this campaign period. (Claire Ellis can assist you with this)

Additional Advertising/Offers in the local press for specific areas & models (Claire Ellis can assist you with this)

Additional offers/messages on Digital Click Throughs/MPU’s on Wiltshire Times, Gazette & Herald, Bath Chronicle websites. We can utilise extracts of the current campaign offers for this. (Claire Ellis can assist you with this)

Mentions of specific deals, vehicle launches, new products/services or similar on Social Media. (Claire Ellis & Helen Redfern can assist you with this)

Prospect/Customer Call Lists (Steve Mawby can assist you with this)

Placing Additional Messages on/with Customer Reminder letters as appropriate (Steve Mawby can assist you with this)

Text campaigns (Steve Mawby can assist you with this)
Also, please ensure that we put everything we can into the Frome Show on the 13th September. Please consider the following for this event;

That you have sufficient staffing for the event
-
That you have a representative range of vehicles to display with “silent salesman” product information
-
That we are able to capture customer details on the day, with a follow up plan for the immediate aftermath (We have capture pads for those who need them, please ask Claire if you need help with this)

That you have relevant marketing materials available – including campaign offers, current used car stock lists, aftersales items etc (In addition to what we can give out on the stands, Claire will aim to give away 1,000 bags on the day containing group offers)
Used & Demos
Though the high manufacturer targets have placed much emphasis on new car volumes recently, we must not neglect the necessity of strong used car and demonstrator sales. Please ensure that this vitally important aspect of our business also receives continual focus – both from a “marketing” and “dealership” perspective.
