CONTINUED VIGILENCE TO COMBAT FRAUD

It has come to our attention there has been incidents where bank details are being intercepted on emails and changed and therefore funds are being sent to the wrong bank accounts in a fraudulent way.

If you or your staff receive requests to change bank account details of our current suppliers, these changes must be verified by a phone conversation with the known supplier.

Any new supplier bank details provided must always be verified by a phone call before use.  All contact details of new suppliers must be checked on Google to ensure you have been given the correct Company contacts.

Please ensure this email is forwarded to any relevant staff and that it is adhered to for every payment made so we do not become victim of this.
