Customer Not Present Fraud

Following a recent alert regarding potentially fraudulent transactions at some of our dealerships that involved the fraudsters using the “customer not present” transaction route to obtain goods, it is an opportune moment to remind everyone on the correct procedure when accepting any CNP transactions.

Please find attached the correct procedure for accepting CNP transactions, please ensure that any employees that take payments from customers are aware of the procedures and do not deviate from them and place a copy of the procedures next to your Cardnet machine.
