Subject: Card Transactions

Due to a recent incident of fraudulent card activity in the group we are re-distributing guidelines for Card Not Present transactions.

Can you please ensure you and your team remain alert and vigilant at all times when dealing with any card transactions and ensure all appropriate staff read the attached guidelines.

We are ultimately responsible for any financial loss on any fraudulent card activity therefore precautions must be taken when dealing with these transactions.
