Subject: Payroll Administration
As most of you are aware, Debbie Houghton has recently been appointed as our new Payroll Administrator at Head Office.
Debbie has many years of experience in payroll administration and has made good steps in understanding our company structure and payroll systems so far.
However, due to the size and complex nature of our pay structure (i.e. multiple sites, differing contracted hours, OTE, team targets, bonus schemes, commissions etc), it is vitally important that all managers are proactive in assisting Debbie to comfortably process the relevant payroll information in a correct and timely manner. If you are taking holiday leave, please ensure that another team member is made responsible for submitting the required information – please liaise with Debbie in this instance.
Please assist and support Debbie in the manner described above, so that the payroll information is clearly communicated and our deadlines are comfortably met.
