Subject: Summary of Used Car Processes

• All trade vehicles over 60K or 6 years old to be sent to WOMA.

• Any trade vehicles under 60K or 6 years old that represent a retail opportunity to be offered to MC to be appropriately repositioned within the group

• Any vehicles that you wish to trade out of the group, this will include auction returns, non franchise, part exchanges and staff purchases will need a trade authority number before conclusion. In this event call with details which we can agree on the telephone, then follow up with an email of all the details for reply of authority number.

• Would you please make sure that any provisional bids from the auctions are dealt with on the evening of the auction or before 10am the following morning?

• Only Platinum and Wellsway part exchanges are to be entered in the auction under the Platinum Banner.

• First point of contact regarding any underwrites on Group Franchise vehicles ie Skoda, Renault, BMW, Mini, Toyota, Nissan, Vauxhall, Hyundai & Saab. Please feel free to contact me on any other makes you also require assistance with.
